BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 🥕 1 carrot (150g), thinly sliced
- 20g dried daikon, boiled and chopped
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp curry powder
LANGKAH
Boil water in a pot and cook dried daikon for 4–5 minutes over medium heat. Drain, let cool, squeeze out excess water, and chop into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the carrot diagonally and cut into 2mm strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the carrot and stir-fry until softened. Add the dried daikon and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, curry powder) and stir-fry briefly to combine.
