BAHAN-BAHAN
Main
- 1 piece (200g) fried tofu
- 🥕 1 carrot
- 2 bell peppers
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame
LANGKAH
Cut the carrot into 3cm wide pieces, then slice thinly into 5mm strips. Halve the bell peppers, remove stems and seeds, and slice thinly.
Cut the fried tofu in half horizontally, then slice into 1cm wide pieces.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, miso, and ground sesame) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the carrot, and stir-fry until softened.
Add the fried tofu and stir-fry until browned, then add the bell peppers and stir briefly. Add the seasoning mixture and stir-fry until well combined.
