BAHAN-BAHAN
Seafood
- 1 piece (25g) cod roe
Vegetables
- 1 bag (180g) shirataki noodles
- 🥕 2 carrots (300g)
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Peel and julienne the carrots into thin strips.
Rinse shirataki noodles and cut them into shorter lengths if desired.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add carrots and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened.
Add shirataki noodles and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Mix mirin and soy sauce, then pour over the vegetables and noodles.
Add cod roe and gently mix until combined and heated through.
