BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 150g shirataki noodles
- 🥕 100g carrot, sliced
- 125g pea shoots
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp salted kombu
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add shirataki noodles and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Add sliced carrots and pea shoots to the pan and stir-fry for another 3–4 minutes.
Mix sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl, then pour into the pan.
Add salted kombu and white sesame seeds, stir well, and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Serve warm as a side dish or light main course.
