- 💧 Water, 2 cups
- 🥕 Carrot, 200g (diced)
- Tofu, 150g
- 🧅 Onion, 1/2 (coarsely chopped)
- 🥚 Egg, 1
Seasonings
- 🧂 Salt, 1/2 teaspoon
