BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 200g beef brisket
- 80g chives
- 🧅 1/5 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot, julienned
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2/3 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2/3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp plum extract
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
LANGKAH
Thinly slice the onion and julienne the carrot. Soak them in water for 5 minutes.
Drain the vegetables on a kitchen towel to remove excess water.
Cut the chives into 4–5 cm lengths.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Add the chives, onion, and carrot to the seasoning and gently mix.
Finish by adding sesame seeds and sesame oil, then mix lightly.
Pan-fry the beef brisket on medium heat until cooked and slightly browned.
Plate the chive salad first, then place the cooked beef brisket on top.
