    • 3 tbsp doenjang

    • 🍬 1/2–1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Trim the yellow parts of chamnamul stems and leaves. Rinse twice in cold water.

Boil tofu in salted water (3L water + 1 tbsp salt) for 3 minutes. Remove tofu and blanch chamnamul for 1 minute.

Rinse chamnamul in cold water, squeeze out excess water, and cut into 5cm lengths.

Drain tofu using a sieve and squeeze out excess water.

Mash tofu and season with sugar, salt, and sesame oil.

Season chamnamul with doenjang, garlic, sugar, and sesame oil. Mix well.

Combine seasoned tofu and chamnamul, then mix again.
