BAHAN-BAHAN
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 50g broad beans (with skin)
- 10g ginger, julienned
Condiments
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp sake
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
LANGKAH
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Julienne the ginger.
Boil water in a pot, add broad beans, and cook. Drain and peel the skin off the beans.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add ginger, and sauté until fragrant. Add chicken and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add broad beans, sake, oyster sauce, and salt and pepper. Stir well to combine and adjust seasoning to taste.
