- 🍝 Spaghetti 200g
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍗 Chicken breast 200g
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 teaspoon salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 100ml fresh cream
- 🧄 1 clove of garlic (minced)
LANGKAH
Boil the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the chicken breast and cook.
Add fresh cream to the pan, cook to make a sauce, and adjust the flavor with a little salt.
Mix the cooked spaghetti with the sauce, and quickly stir in the beaten egg.
Plate the dish and sprinkle black pepper as desired to finish.
