- 300ml dashi
- 🥚 4 eggs

LANGKAH
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly.
Add dashi, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to a frying pan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Add the sliced onion and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the chicken and simmer until it is thoroughly cooked.
Lightly beat the eggs, pour them over the mixture, cover with a lid, and let it steam off the heat.
Serve the mixture over rice to complete the dish.
