BAHAN-BAHAN
Ingredients
- 🍗 150g chicken tenderloin
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🌱 2 scallions (chopped)
- 1 piece of ginger (sliced)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 💧 500ml water
- 1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with water)
LANGKAH
Warm the water in a pot and add the ginger to simmer.
Cut the chicken tenderloins into bite-size pieces, add them to the pot and simmer until cooked through.
Gradually add the cornstarch mixture while stirring to thicken.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pot and cook until just set.
Season with soy sauce and salt, and garnish with scallions before serving.
