BAHAN-BAHAN
Noodles
- 1 serving cooked udon noodles
Meat
- 🍗 100g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/3 stalk white part of leek
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 50cc concentrated noodle sauce
- 💧 200cc water
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
LANGKAH
Cut the leek into 4cm pieces.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt.
Heat sesame oil in a pot, add leek, and grill over medium heat until browned. Remove from the pot.
Add chicken to the pot, skin-side down, and cook over medium heat until browned on both sides. Add sauce ingredients and leek, bring to a boil, and simmer for 3 minutes.
Place udon in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water, drain, and serve alongside the dipping sauce.
