BAHAN-BAHAN
Protein
- 🍗 500g chicken thighs
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Flour
- As needed all-purpose flour
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Dairy
- 🥛 350ml milk
Seasoning
- 2 tsp consomme
- As needed dried parsley
LANGKAH
Cut the root off the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into small clusters. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
Season the chicken with sake, salt, and pepper, then let it marinate in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Coat the chicken evenly with all-purpose flour.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken skin-side down. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Remove the lid, flip the chicken, and cook the other side until browned.
Add the shimeji mushrooms to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until softened.
Pour in the milk and add consomme. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
