BAHAN-BAHAN
Protein
- ๐ 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 50g snow peas
- 1 pack (100g) shimeji mushrooms
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- ๐ง A pinch of salt and pepper
- ๐ง 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Sauce
- ๐ง 15g salted butter
- ๐ 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ๐ง 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
LANGKAH
Remove the stems and strings from the snow peas. Trim the base of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook for 2โ3 minutes until browned. Flip and cook for another minute until the color changes.
Add shimeji mushrooms and grated garlic to the pan. Stir-fry for 2โ3 minutes until softened, then add the snow peas and stir quickly.
Add the sauce ingredients (butter, lemon juice, salt, black pepper) and stir quickly to coat everything evenly.
