BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- ๐ Chicken breast, as preferred
- ๐ฅ 1 small zucchini, diced
- ๐ง 1/2 onion, diced
- ๐ง 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- ๐ฅ 2 eggs
- ๐ 1 serving of cooked rice
Seasonings
- ๐ง 2 pinches of salt
- A dash of black pepper
- 1 tbsp canola oil
LANGKAH
Dice chicken breast, zucchini, onion, and green onion. Add them to a bowl along with cooked rice and eggs.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper, then mix thoroughly.
Heat a pan with canola oil. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto the pan for each pancake.
Cook each pancake until golden brown on both sides.
