BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece chicken breast
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
- 🧅 20cm green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
LANGKAH
Dice chicken breast and onion, slice green onion and garlic.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté green onion and garlic.
Add onion, chicken breast, and black pepper to the pan and stir-fry.
Mix in oyster sauce and soy sauce.
Add cooked rice and stir-fry until well combined.
Push rice to one side, scramble the egg in the pan, and mix with rice.
Turn off the heat and finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
