BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- ๐ 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- ๐ฅฆ 4 stalks (80g) asparagus
- ๐ 2 pieces (80g) king oyster mushrooms
- ๐ง Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- ๐ฌ 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- ๐ 1 tbsp lemon juice
LANGKAH
Trim the tough ends of asparagus and peel the bottom third with a peeler. Cut diagonally into 2cm pieces. Slice king oyster mushrooms into quarters lengthwise.
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place chicken skin-side down and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook until fully cooked.
Add asparagus and mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry until the mushrooms soften. Add the seasoning mixture and simmer until the liquid reduces by half.
