BAHAN-BAHAN
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken mince
Vegetables
- 100g mizuna, chopped
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms, separated
Oil and Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
LANGKAH
Cut the mizuna into 3cm pieces and separate the shimeji mushrooms.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, miso) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry chicken mince with grated ginger over medium heat until the chicken changes color.
Add shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry until softened.
Add the sauce mixture and stir quickly, then add mizuna and stir briefly.
