BAHAN-BAHAN
Protein
- 🍗 2 chicken tenderloins (100g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 bok choy heads (200g)
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g)
Condiments
- 80g kimchi
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
LANGKAH
Cut the bok choy into 2cm pieces and julienne the carrot.
Place chicken tenderloins in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes. Let cool and shred into bite-sized pieces.
In another microwave-safe container, add the vegetables and 1 tbsp of water. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes until the carrot softens. Drain and return to the container.
Mix the steamed vegetables with the chicken (including its juices), kimchi, and the seasonings (soy sauce, salt, sesame oil). Toss well.
