- 🍗 210g chicken thigh
- 🧂 25g soy sauce
- 25g mirin
- 💧 25g water
- 🥚 1 egg

LANGKAH
Soak chicken thigh in milk for 20 minutes to remove odor, then heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook chicken for about 7 minutes.
