BAHAN-BAHAN
Main
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
- 🍄 2 packs enoki mushrooms
- A pinch of parsley
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasoning for Chicken
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Trim the root of enoki mushrooms, cut into thirds, and separate.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, place in a bowl, and rub with the seasoning ingredients.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place chicken skin-side down, and cook over medium heat until browned. Flip, cover with a lid, and steam over low heat for 5 minutes until cooked through. Remove from pan.
Wipe excess oil from the pan, add butter, and heat. Stir-fry enoki mushrooms over medium heat until softened. Add sauce ingredients and stir-fry. Plate the chicken, top with the mushroom sauce, and sprinkle parsley.
