BAHAN-BAHAN

- 🍲 1 cup of chickpeas (cooked)
- 🍶 100g of tofu (crumbled)
- 🥕 1/2 cup of carrots (finely chopped)
- 🧅 1/2 cup of onions (finely chopped)
- 🍚 1 cup of brown rice
Seasonings
- 🥚 1 egg (prepared scrambled)
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 🧂 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
LANGKAH

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions and carrots until fragrant.
