BAHAN-BAHAN
Grain
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, chopped
- 🧆 100g steamed chickpeas
Condiments
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
LANGKAH
Chop the onion and carrot into small pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion, carrot, and grated ginger over medium heat until the onion becomes translucent.
Add ground pork to the pan and cook over medium heat until the meat changes color. Stir in curry powder and mix well.
Add salt, consomme, Worcestershire sauce, and chickpeas to the pan. Cover and simmer over low heat for 7–8 minutes. Then, cook over medium heat for 1 minute to evaporate excess moisture.
Serve the curry over bowls of cooked rice.
