LANGKAH
Place cucumbers in a bag and smash them with a rolling pin. Add a pinch of salt (not listed in ingredients), massage, and let sit for 5 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.
Cut the roots off the kaiware sprouts. Slice the chikuwa diagonally into thin pieces.
