- 🦐 20 shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of parsley flakes
- A pinch of black pepper
LANGKAH
Prepare the shrimp by removing the heads, peeling, and deveining. Rinse thoroughly and drain.
Heat a pan, add olive oil and butter, and melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add chili sauce, ketchup, corn syrup, and soy sauce to the pan. Simmer the mixture until it bubbles.
Add the shrimp to the pan and stir-fry on high heat until the shrimp are cooked and coated with the sauce.
Sprinkle chili powder and continue stir-frying for a spicy kick.
Turn off the heat and season with black pepper.
Garnish with parsley flakes and serve hot.
