- 🐖 200g pork shoulder, sliced thin

- 🥬 3 heads of bok choy
- 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp flour
LANGKAH
Prepare all ingredients by slicing the pork thinly, cutting the bell pepper into strips, and trimming the bok choy.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn syrup, minced garlic, flour, and a pinch of pepper in a bowl to create the seasoning sauce.
Heat a non-stick pan and stir-fry the pork without oil until the moisture evaporates.
Add the prepared seasoning sauce to the pan and mix well with the pork.
Add the bok choy and bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry until the bok choy wilts slightly.
Serve the stir-fried bok choy and pork immediately while hot.
