- 🍅 Tomatoes 2 (medium size, roughly chopped)

- 🧂 Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
- 🧂 Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
LANGKAH
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and beat well.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, pour in the eggs, stir gently, and remove when partially cooked.
Add a little more vegetable oil to the same frying pan and stir-fry the tomatoes.
Return the eggs to the pan, add sugar and soy sauce, mix quickly, and serve.
