- 🌭 2 frank sausages
- 1/3 bunch of chives
- 🥚 4 boiled eggs
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- A small amount of cooking oil
LANGKAH
Cut the chives into bite-sized pieces and finely chop the sausages. Blanch the sausages in boiling water for 30 seconds or soak them in warm water to remove impurities.
Heat cooking oil in a pan, add the sausages, and stir-fry until golden brown. Add the chives and stir-fry together.
Mash the boiled eggs in a bowl, then mix in the stir-fried sausage and chives, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Cut the morning bread in half and fill it with the egg mixture to complete the chive bread.
