BAHAN-BAHAN
Base
- ๐ 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- ๐ 200g sashimi-grade tuna
Vegetables
- ๐ฟ 20g cilantro, chopped
- ๐ฅ 1 avocado, diced
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- ๐ 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
LANGKAH
Chop the cilantro into 2cm pieces. Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, peel, and dice into 1cm cubes.
Dice the tuna into 1cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients. Add the cilantro, avocado, and tuna, and toss to combine.
Serve the rice in bowls and top with the poke mixture. Divide evenly into two servings.
