BAHAN-BAHAN
Fish
- ๐ 200g cod fillets
Vegetables
- ๐ 100g shimeji mushrooms
- ๐ 50g maitake mushrooms
Condiments
- 1 sudachi, sliced
- 2 tbsp sake
- ๐ง 1/2 tsp salt
LANGKAH
Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel.
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Break apart the maitake mushrooms. Slice the sudachi into 4 thin rounds and cut the remaining half for squeezing later.
Place a sheet of aluminum foil down and layer half the cod, shimeji, and maitake mushrooms. Sprinkle half the salt and pour half the sake over. Top with 2 slices of sudachi and wrap tightly. Repeat for the second portion.
Place the foil packets on a baking tray and bake in a toaster oven for 10โ15 minutes until the cod is cooked through.
Serve on a plate and squeeze the remaining sudachi over the dish before eating.
