BAHAN-BAHAN
Noodles
- ๐ 2 frozen udon noodles
Vegetables
- ๐ฅ 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 4 shiso leaves, julienned
Fish
- ๐ 1 can (190g) miso-flavored saba
Seasonings
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp miso
- ๐ฐ 3 tbsp ground white sesame
- Pinch of Japanese dashi powder
- ๐ง 400 ml water
LANGKAH
Thinly slice the cucumber, julienne the shiso leaves, and flake the saba from the can.
Place the frozen udon in a microwave-safe container and heat according to package instructions (600W). Rinse with cold water and drain.
In a bowl, mix the flaked saba, seasonings (โ), and cucumber. Serve the cold broth over the udon noodles and garnish with shiso leaves.
