- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, shredded
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt for rubbing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Shred the cabbage, julienne the cucumber and carrot, and place them in a bowl. Add 1/2 tsp salt and rub the vegetables. Let sit for 15 minutes.
