BAHAN-BAHAN
Fish
- ๐ 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- ๐ 100g shimeji mushrooms
- ๐ 100g maitake mushrooms
- ๐ง 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 sprig dill, chopped
Dairy
- ๐ฅ 150ml milk
- ๐ฅ 50ml heavy cream
Seasoning
- ๐ง Pinch of salt and pepper
- ๐ง 1/3 tsp salt
Other
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
LANGKAH
Trim the root of shimeji mushrooms and separate into small clusters. Break maitake mushrooms apart by hand. Slice the garlic thinly. Remove dill leaves from stems and chop the leaves.
Cut the salmon fillets in half, season with salt and pepper, and coat with half of the flour (1 tbsp).
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the salmon and cook until both sides are browned. Push the salmon to the side, add garlic, and cook on low heat until fragrant. Add shimeji and maitake mushrooms, stir until coated with oil, and mix everything together.
Sprinkle the remaining flour (1 tbsp) over the mixture and stir until no longer powdery. Add milk and simmer on low heat until thickened. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and dill, and heat until warmed through.
