LANGKAH
Mix gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, perilla oil, and vinegar to create the seasoning sauce.
Cut the cucumber and chives into appropriate sizes.
Add the seasoning sauce, cucumber, and chives into a mixing bowl.
Gently toss the ingredients using two spoons to prevent bruising the chives.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
