BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup diced mild spam
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 🧅 1/4 cup chopped scallion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp curry powder
LANGKAH
Dice the spam and chop the onion into small pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the spam and onion until fragrant.
Add cooked rice and chopped scallion to the pan and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
Turn off the heat and mix in curry powder thoroughly.
Season with additional curry powder if needed and quickly stir-fry on high heat.
Prepare a soft fried egg and serve it on top of the fried rice.
Plate the curry fried rice and enjoy.
