BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 2 tbsp frying mix
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 red chili, chopped
LANGKAH
Cut the tofu into appropriate sizes and remove excess moisture.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper on the tofu pieces.
Mix curry powder, egg, chopped green and red chilies, and frying mix in a bowl.
Coat the tofu pieces evenly with the curry batter.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the coated tofu until golden brown on both sides.
Serve the curry tofu pancakes warm and enjoy!
