- 🐟 1 can tuna
- 5 perilla leaves
- 🥕 20g carrot
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 2 chili peppers
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- Some cooking oil
- Some sesame oil
LANGKAH
Prepare all ingredients by chopping vegetables finely.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna and set aside the tuna.
In a bowl, combine tuna, chopped vegetables, egg, curry powder, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and spoon the batter into round shapes.
Cook on both sides until golden brown and fully cooked.
