BAHAN-BAHAN
Essential Ingredients
- 🧅 3 stalks green onion
- 🥓 200g thinly sliced pork belly
- 5 pepperoncino peppers
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp rice wine
Optional Ingredients
- 🥓 Optional bacon
LANGKAH
Cut the green onions in half.
Wrap thinly sliced pork belly around the green onions. Optionally, use bacon for wrapping.
Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and grill the wrapped green onions, turning them occasionally.
Once the pork belly is cooked, add the seasoning ingredients and pepperoncino peppers to the pan. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
