- 12 thin slices of daikon
- 1/2 pack radish sprouts
Meat
- 6 slices of prosciutto
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vinegar
- A pinch of powdered cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of pepper
LANGKAH
In a bowl, combine thinly sliced daikon, salt, and vinegar. Let sit for a while, then pat dry with kitchen paper. Trim the roots off the radish sprouts.
Lay two slices of daikon vertically, overlapping by about 2 cm. Place a slice of prosciutto on top, add radish sprouts, sprinkle powdered cheese, and roll tightly from the bottom. Arrange on a plate, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle pepper.
