BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Dish
- Daikon 1 (approximately 700g, cut into appropriate sizes)
- Ground pork 200g
- Dashi stock 400ml
- Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
- 🍬 Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Potato starch 3 teaspoons (dissolved in water)
LANGKAH
Peel the daikon, divide it into four parts, and cut into appropriate sizes.
Add dashi stock and daikon to a pot, simmer over medium heat until soft (approximately 15 minutes).
In a separate frying pan, sauté the ground pork. Once cooked, add sugar and soy sauce.
Place the sautéed minced meat on top of the boiled daikon and add a small amount of the broth.
Finish by thickening with water-dissolved potato starch before serving.
