BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece chicken breast
- 🥛 1 cup milk
- A small amount of chives
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- A small amount of sesame oil
- A small amount of herb salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp vinegar
- A small amount of sesame seeds
- A small amount of sesame oil
LANGKAH
Soak the chicken breast in milk for about 10 minutes.
Cut the chives into appropriate sizes and mix them with the chive seasoning.
Rinse the soaked chicken breast under running water and slice it thinly.
Mix the sliced chicken breast with herb salt and sesame oil.
Cook the chicken breast slices in a pan until evenly cooked.
Flip the chicken slices and cook the other side.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, and 2 tbsp oligosaccharide to the pan and bring to a boil.
Turn the chicken slices over to coat them evenly with the sauce and simmer until reduced.
Place the seasoned chives on a serving plate.
Top the chives with the braised chicken breast slices.
