BAHAN-BAHAN
Seaweed
- 70g doljaban (seasoned seaweed)
Seasoning
- 1 shot glass vegetable oil
- 1/2 shot glass sesame oil
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 🌰 3 tbsp sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Cut the top of the doljaban package and remove air. Seal the package and crush the seaweed using your hands or a rolling pin.
Open the package and check the crushed seaweed. Add 1 shot glass of vegetable oil and 1/2 shot glass of sesame oil, then mix thoroughly.
Transfer the seaweed to a pan. Add 1/2 tbsp salt and 2 tbsp sugar, then stir-fry while continuously mixing.
Once the salt and sugar are no longer visible, turn off the heat.
Add 1 tbsp sugar and 3 tbsp sesame seeds to the cooked seaweed. Stir until the mixture cools down.
Once the seaweed has cooled and the sugar is slightly visible, the dish is ready to serve.
