BAHAN-BAHAN
Rice
- π 300g cooked rice
- 2 tbsp sushi vinegar
Seafood
- π 4 slices tuna sashimi
- π¦ 2 slices squid sashimi
- π€ 4 sweet shrimp sashimi
- π€ 12 red shrimp (raw)
- π 12 slices salmon sashimi
Vegetables
- π₯ 8 slices cucumber
- π₯ 12 slices avocado
Egg
- π₯ 10g shredded egg
Toppings
- to taste fish roe
- π to taste lemon slices
- to taste sprouts
- π to taste sliced cherry tomato
Condiments
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
LANGKAH
Mix cooked rice with sushi vinegar in a bowl using a cutting motion to make sushi rice.
Slice the cucumber thinly.
Layer the seafood and vegetables in a mold, then cover with sushi rice. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Invert the mold onto a cutting board to release the sushi donuts.
Place the shrimp sushi donuts on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Drizzle with soy sauce and mayonnaise, then bake in a toaster oven at 250Β°C for 3-5 minutes until golden.
Add toppings like fish roe, lemon slices, sprouts, and cherry tomatoes.
