- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
Protein
- 🍗 1 can (100g) canned chicken
Dairy
- 🧀 20g pizza cheese
Vegetables
- 🥦 150g stir-fry cut vegetables
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1 tsp BBQ sauce
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
LANGKAH
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, gochujang, BBQ sauce) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the cut vegetables and canned chicken, stir-frying until the vegetables are tender. Pour in the seasoning mixture and stir to coat evenly. Push the mixture to the center of the pan, add pizza cheese on top, cover, and cook on low heat until the cheese melts.
Serve the cooked mixture over a bowl of rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
