- 200 grams of ready-made dumplings
- 🍶 1 cup of yogurt
- 🧄 1 clove of grated garlic
- 🧈 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 🧂 1 teaspoon of salt
LANGKAH
Place water in a pot and bring it to a boil, then add salt.
Add the ready-made dumplings to the pot and boil for 7-8 minutes.
Add the grated garlic to the yogurt and mix well.
Melt butter in a pan and roast the red pepper flakes.
Drain the dumplings and place them on a serving plate, then top with the garlic yogurt mixture.
Finish by pouring the heated butter-pepper sauce over it and serve hot.
