BAHAN-BAHAN
Egg
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Tofu
- 1 piece fried tofu (20g)
Vegetables
- 3 myoga, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 💧 100cc water
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
LANGKAH
Slice the myoga diagonally into thin pieces.
Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut it in half along the shorter side, then slice into 1cm wide strips along the longer side.
In a frying pan, add the seasoning ingredients (water, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder), myoga, and fried tofu. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan, cover, and cook for 1 minute.
