- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🥒 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
- 🧅 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 🥕 1/4 cup chopped carrot
- 🐟 1/2 cup canned tuna
- 🧀 1/2 cup shredded pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
LANGKAH
Chop all vegetables (zucchini, onion, carrot) into small pieces.
Heat a pan with butter and sauté the chopped vegetables until softened.
In the same pan, add eggs, canned tuna, and salt. Stir gently to scramble.
Transfer the scramble to a microwave-safe dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle shredded pizza cheese on top and microwave for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
