LANGKAH
Whisk the eggs, add 1 teaspoon of salt, and mix well.
Heat the pan, pour in 1 tablespoon of oil, add the egg mixture, fry until semi-cooked, and set aside.
Add another tablespoon of oil to the pan, put in the leftover rice, stir-fry for 3 minutes, break it up, and mix in the soy sauce.
Add the semi-cooked eggs and chopped green onion, continue stir-frying until evenly mixed, then serve.
