- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🥛 50ml of milk

Vegetables
- 🥔 100g potato (finely chopped)
- 🥕 50g carrot (finely chopped)
- 🧅 1/4 onion (minced)
LANGKAH
Heat cooking oil in a small pan and cook the chopped potatoes, carrots, and onions over medium heat.
In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, and salt, and beat them with a whisk.
Push the cooked vegetables to one side of the pan and pour the egg mixture into the pan to cook.
Once the omelette is halfway cooked, fold it in half or roll it up to finish.
