LANGKAH
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, stir-fry the ground meat, and season with salt and pepper.
Layer eggplant and ground meat alternately in a gratin dish.
Pour milk and sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, then bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve on plates.
